What are the prerequisites to enroll in this certification?

You need to be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. No prior fitness industry experience is required — the course is designed to take you from beginner to certified professional.

How long does it take to complete the TFA-NAES CPT course?

The TFA-NAES Certified Personal Trainer course takes approximately 3 months to complete, combining classroom instruction, practical training sessions with real clients, and module-based assessments. New batches start with flexible scheduling to accommodate working students.

How does the certification program work?

The program combines online self-study modules (at your own pace), weekend practical training sessions at our Kathmandu campus, and a CPR/AED certification workshop. No single final exams — assessment is module-based with unlimited attempts.

Is the NAES CPT certification recognized internationally?

Yes. The TFA-NAES certification is aligned with international standards including NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, and ACSM. Many of our graduates are currently working in UAE, UK, Qatar, and Australia using their NAES certification.

Is there a final examination?

No traditional final exam. The program uses module-based assessments that you complete as you progress through each unit. Open-book with unlimited attempts — designed to support mastery rather than pressure-test recall.

Is attendance required for the course?

Theory modules are fully online and self-paced. Practical training sessions (weekends at our Kathmandu campus) and the CPR/AED workshop require in-person attendance. Students outside Kathmandu can contact us to discuss hybrid options.
